Who We Are
The West Florida Confederation of Clubs is not a motorcycle club — it is a gathering of motorcycle clubs. We are joining forces to keep ourselves and our roads free.
In March of 1999, after various motorcycle groups from across America met in Las Vegas to discuss the overwhelming need for a national voice, Richard Lester came to Florida and held a meeting with clubs across the state. The Florida COC was born.
For the first time, clubs were coming together — not only in Florida, but all over the United States. Florida was making history. The state grew so fast, it split into three different Confederations, each with the same goals and purpose.
All established motorcycle clubs, except those with members who have arrest powers, are invited to join. We welcome those who share in our common goals of freedom, brotherhood, and the right to ride.
Our Core Pillars
All member clubs maintain full independence. The Confederation coordinates, advocates, and unites — never dictates.
Legislative Advocacy
Fighting discriminatory laws and profiling at every level of government. We track legislation, mobilize members, and make our voices heard in Tallahassee and beyond.
Club Independence
Member clubs maintain their identity, colors, and bylaws. The Confederation is a coalition, not a controlling body — each club brings its strength to the whole.
Community & Brotherhood
From rides to rallies to charitable events, we build bonds across West Florida. The motorcycle community is a family — we show up for each other.
Anti-Profiling
Profiling is real and we fight it. We educate riders on their rights, document incidents, and coordinate legal and political response to enforcement overreach.
MRO Partnership
Proud partners of the Motorcycle Riders Foundation, the national organization representing the interests of American motorcyclists at the federal level.
Road Safety
Advocating for safer roads, rider education, and infrastructure improvements that protect motorcyclists across West Florida and the entire state.
Our Origin

Events & Rides
Join the Confederation
All established motorcycle clubs are invited to join — except those with members who hold arrest powers. If you believe in freedom of the road and bikers' rights, your club belongs here.
Your club must be an established motorcycle club with a defined membership.
Commitment to bikers' rights, freedom of the road, and anti-profiling advocacy.
No members may hold current law enforcement arrest powers. This is a firm requirement.
